Kip is an awesome guy to work with. He's very knowledgeable on both the Missouri side and Kansas side. He helped my husband and I to sale and buy. He also knows what to look for when buying new construction. Whenever we had a question he was right there to give or get the answers that we needed right away. I definitely recommend him.
