Tommy was very knowledgeable of the housing market, and was always available day or night to answer any questions. All text or emails we’re responded to quickly, he worked around my hectic schedule to show houses and was quick but thorough when submitting offers. Great communication and always kept me up to date. I would highly recommend.
I purchased a home in Pensacola with Tommy as my realtor. I am a over the road truck driver on the road through much of the purchasing process and Tommy was my eyes and ears through the whole thing. We had several addendums and some renegotiating and Tommy handled it all with the utmost professionalism and his knowledge of real estate, the Pensacola area and the buying process made things go smoothly. I would recommend Tommy to anyone.
Tommy was a fantastic realtor, he stayed in constant communication with me and anytime a new listing would come on the market he would quickly share it and set up a viewing. When the time came to make an offer on the house he guided me through the entire process and stuck with the process until closing. I could not have been more pleased. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering purchasing or selling a house.

Tommy was incredibly helpful in the entire process of the purchase of our first home. When it came time to close he assisted us in everything from securing a home inspection, WDO inspection, and assisting in transferring utilities and services to our new home. Would highly recommend Tommy Huynh!
I am a first time home buyer which is already a new slightly confusing process but none the least very exciting! Now add being in the Military overseas to that! It could've been a huge headache but Tommy was amazing and very patient. He walked us through the whole process step by step. He worked with our schedule being that its a 7 hour difference.
