Tommy is customer oriented, very knowledgeable of the real estate processes and very easy to talk to. Very helpful and is always pleasant. Very responsive, proactive and helpful. He is also reliable and always willing to of service.
This is one of the most responsive agents I have ever worked with. He is prompt with all responses and pursues his work with a sense of urgency. He is fun and he gets things done. I would recommend Tommy to anyone wanting an aggressive agent who will sell their property and help negotiate the deal.
Tommy was able to list and sell our house in 24 hours. He was responsive, let us know exactly which repairs were needed, and was able to price the home so it would sell fast.
Our buyer's agent, Erick, was an immense help throughout the house hunting and buying process. The entire process, which is usually very stressful, was enjoyable due to Erick's professionalism and attention to detail. There was nothing he wouldn't do for us and was very proactive in preventing issues though plenty were thrown in our path by other parties. Without his vigilant attention, our experience would not have been as enjoyable as it was. I would gladly recommend him or use him again.
Erick Leiva is a wonderful, dedicated agent. He was always eager to show us what ever we chose to look at. We had him all over 2 counties.
