Bart and Tracey are my 1st realtors!! And in the future they will be the ones I call when I purchase my next home. Tracey worked long hours to help my family find our very first home! Even through the long escrow process due to the banks Tracey kept me inform with every part of the process. My first home buying experience was great thanks to the Tiptons!

Bart and Tracey are absolutely amazing at what they do. They both worked very hard to sell my home and also find me a new one. They were there at any time whenever I had a question and always made me feel like I was of utmost importance. Very genuine people!! Highly recommended!

Bart was very helpful throughout our moving process (before, during, and also after). He sorted the available listings on our two house-hunting trips to Bakersfield, and prioritized them according to our stated (and also unstated, after he met and spent time with us) wish list. Also, Bart was very good about responding to questions & comments my wife and I had. We're planning on using him to list our home in a few years when we're due to move again.

If you are looking for an agent to help you sale or help buy, this duo is the best in town. For being in real estate for such a short time they have proven to me on a number of occasions, that they are the best options around! I have worked with them on a few deals and each time they have been extremely professional and helped look out for me and my family's best interests. They are great agents and it starts with them being GREAT people. You can trust these guys and you will be well taken care of!

Bart helped us to set a fair price; he brought in a stager at no cost to us (made a huge difference in appearance in our house. In fact we are applying what we learned at our new home. He also brought in a very professional photographer at no cost to us and photos used on the MLS top notch. Bart kept us informed throughout the entire process and was verry resposnsive to our questions an concerns. The house sold in one day at a fair price. I would recommend Bart to any of my closest friends.

We were so happy with Bart and Tracey. Bart handled the transaction so fast and efficient. Also his photographer was so professional taking the pictures they looked so good we couldn't believe it. Tracey found us our dream house just in time before we would have lost it to another buyer. We highly recommend them both for any real estate transaction.

Bart and Tracey were both very professional and honest in the handling the sell of our house in Bakersfield. They were honest with us when we came up with the listing price but also was respectful of our desired listing price. Bart was always on time for any meetings we set up and was patience with us as he explained the selling process. Would and have recommended Bart and Tracey without hesitation.
