This is the second home that Bart & Tracey have sold for us. Their success and professionalism truly set them apart from the other realtors in town. They do a fantastic job of marketing with electronic ads on multiple web sites, newspaper ads, and postcard mailers. They were always available to answer any questions and their knowledge and experience is top notch. Most importantly, they were very personable and we could not have a asked for smoother, stress free transactions.

Bart and Tracey were very professional and always prepared. Bart communicated well and always kept us informed. He did an excellent job advertising my property and was able to get nearly 40k more for my home than others in the area. He did a great job working with the other agent to get us the price we wanted. Bart also helped us find our new home and was very patient during the process even though my wife and I were very picky. I would highly recommend Bart and Tracey to anyone looking to buy or sale.

I have bought and sold several homes and it has always been a nightmare. Listers tend to disappear once it's listed whereas Bart was always there. He even cleaned our gutters for us. Now that's a realtor! Tracey was so accommodating when we decided at the last minute we wanted to see a home. She is so knowledgable regarding this local market. Tracy was right there when we had the home inspection. She wanted to make sure the home we were buying was "up to code." I seriously cannot recommend any other realtors above these two.
