This has quickly become one of my go to places in DC NoMa. It's not enough to call it "upscale American diner fare," because it's more than that. They take old fashioned comfort foods up a couple notches. It's not easy to make chicken and waffles "fancy," but they pull it off. Amazing brunch! Our server Jaiden was lovely. She was very knowledgeable, all of her recommendations were a 10/10. The mimosa kit comes with delicious champagne , the gin and juice cocktail was so strong . I would go back just for that cocktail! The cinnamon roll was as big as my head. My partner and I made our way into Ted's Bulletin on a (holiday) Monday for brunch. It was busy but only about a 15 minute wait. Our server was kind/efficient and gave us some recommendations. We got the cinnamon roll to split - I wasn't expecting it to be that big - but it was so delicious and we loved it. I got the Turkish eggs for my meal and they were delightful. Absolutely amazing. Service by Luke was great, atmosphere was relaxing, & the food was wonderful as was the lattes. Expansive menu. The shredded hash browns made me so happy! You don't see them many places. Everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in D.C.
Not enough chorizo to egg ratio. Good portion size for the price (18$) with perfect hash browns but a bit too much tomato's. Overall for the food: 4/5. Atmosphere is upscale. We had a reservation. I lucked out and got parking right outside. I liked the comfortable seating at the table, they had high chairs available, and the decor has an upscale look. I enjoyed my meal, they have an affordable children's menu, and they brought out a tart for my birthday. It was a good time.

This place is amazing, love the atmosphere, love the menu, love the amazing food. I enjoyed the Steak and Eggs over easy to drink I enjoyed a warm chai tea with cinnamon. Everything was brought to table in reasonable time and waiters were on point with service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives and or is visiting DC.
