Amazing place to have a second reunion with Melina! Good breakfast all day options as well as solid sandwiches. Love the vibes for brunch

Thank you so much for your kind words, Soren . We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. Cheers, Ted's Bulletin - Noma
Ted's food was amazing the service was great also because my family was seated in well lit area plus our waiter was very good at checking on our table to see if we were OK Thanks You and we will be back.

Hi, Maurice . We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience! Hope to see you again soon!
Food was good. Stay away from the tarts - too much sweet stuff on top and the dough is too thin for the pastry. I sat at the bar and I totally understand staff that works behind the bar is extremely busy, however the server watched as I struggle to refill my coffee. It spilled on my hand, and he did not respond - he watched and walked away. Grateful I was not seriously burned just a minor inconvenience but was expecting a bit more care without having to request it, just check in from the server would have been sufficient. T... read more

Ashley, Thank you for taking the time to share the details of your experience. We sincerely apologize for the lack of concern and attention that the bartender showed with regards to the coffee spill. It's disappointing to hear, and not the experience we want our guests to have. Your feedback has been shared with the management team so that we may coach and improve our service. As you noted, a simple check in to ask if you were ok would have been welcome. Thank you again for you time, we hope to see you again soon.
This particular location is absolutely my favorite for the ambiance alone. They were easily able to accommodate my group and we had an excellent server that attended to all of our questions and dietary needs. Three things that I will never skip at Ted's Bulletin: devilled eggs, fried cornbread, and Ted's tarts. Each one is very well executed and a crowd pleaser every time. My fellow diners enjoyed a variety of dishes, but the short rib stroganoff was definitely a standout. Everyone certainly left full and happy. A few had sh... read more

I visited Ted's Bulletin in December 2025 for brunch with two colleagues, and the experience at the NoMa location was phenomenal. I've been to the U Street/14th Street location before, but this one is by far my favorite. The ambiance, aesthetic, and overall layout are modern, cute, sexy, and elevated. I absolutely love the bar space -- it adds such a great touch to the atmosphere. Our server was extremely accommodating and gave us wonderful recommendations, including the viral cinnamon roll -- which is an absolute must-ord... read more

Hi, Shinada . Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review! Our team truly cares about great hospitality- we hope to see you again soon!
This has quickly become one of my go to places in DC NoMa. It's not enough to call it "upscale American diner fare," because it's more than that. They take old fashioned comfort foods up a couple notches. It's not easy to make chicken and waffles "fancy," but they pull it off. Not a place I'd go if you're doing a low carb diet, because you're going to see Steak & Cheese Egg Rolls and Loaded Tots on the menu and blow a week of points. And it's totally worth it! Both are delish! Also went shrimp tacos - fresh, light flavors a... read more

Hi, Patrick . We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us! We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Amazing brunch! Our server Jaiden was lovely. She was very knowledgeable, all of her recommendations were a 10/10. The mimosa kit comes with delicious champagne , the gin and juice cocktail was so strong . I would go back just for that cocktail! The cinnamon roll was as big as my head. So hot, delicious, and can pour however much icing you'd like. A must try, but remember it's large. We split between 4 ppl. A delicious sweet treat after our meal! I "made my own mark" breakfast combo with their Virginian ham, bomb.com and ... read more

My partner and I made our way into Ted's Bulletin on a (holiday) Monday for brunch. It was busy but only about a 15 minute wait. Our server was kind/efficient and gave us some recommendations. We got the cinnamon roll to split - I wasn't expecting it to be that big - but it was so delicious and we loved it. I got the Turkish eggs for my meal and they were delightful. Everything was cooked well. The cold brew was OK - I felt like it was a bit too bitter but I did enjoy the hazelnut syrup. My biggest issue was our seatin... read more
