Terence and his team, especially Chris, were very easy to work with. They gave us quick responses, direct instructions, and straight answers. My wife is a realtor and agreed to use Terence when she had multiple options. After our loan closed (FHA under 30 days), she even recommended Terence to help a veteran. He got that loan to close when another lender couldn’t get it done. We will continue to refer Terence to our friends and family. Top notch team right here.
