AMAZING TEAM ! I can not thank Atlantic bay enough. Making my first time buying a great experience. I had a terrible lender ( New Rez ) before them which I felt as though I wanted to give up. Terence Guess was extremely knowledgeable and transparent throughout this process. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Mr. Guess and Miss Callender. Throughout the entire process I really felt like we were a team, I never felt like they were "working for me" I truly felt like they were working with me to obtain my goal/desire of being a homeowner again.
