Teresa was great throughout the whole process of applying for and closing on our construction loan. We changed builders and pricing during the loan process, but Teresa and her team were still able to get us to closing on time. If you need mortgage financing you can't go wrong with BankSouth and Teresa.

Teresa was great and the whole process at the beginning easy and all the people I spoke to were pleasant and efficient. My biggest reason for "okay" was with underwriting asking for additional documents 1 and 2 days before closing and the day of closing. It seems to me those items could have requested at least a week before. When people are buying a home, they are also packing, arranging changes is services, etc. The last minute requests especially while I was working was very stressful.
