Teresa was great and the whole process at the beginning easy and all the people I spoke to were pleasant and efficient. My biggest reason for "okay" was with underwriting asking for additional documents 1 and 2 days before closing and the day of closing. It seems to me those items could have requested at least a week before. When people are buying a home, they are also packing, arranging changes is services, etc. The last minute requests especially while I was working was very stressful.
