This was the purchase of our first home and Teresa not only made sure we were informed throughout the process but made the process painless. She was also highly accessible! Everything was fine up until closing when we had to wait for over an hour for that final document to come through. Thankfully we were told we could go ahead and leave and e-sign anything, but waiting for over an hour was not enjoyable.
