Teri is an awesome loan officer. She is very sweet, calm spirit, and caring. She was also so supportive of any questions I may had and very responsive. She made my process so easy. I don’t know what I would’ve did without her. I know Stockton Mortgage has one the best loan officers long as she is on there team. Teri Knott made the entire home buying process easy. She was aggressive at making sure that everything that needed done was completed. The most important thing was she made me feel comfortable enough to trust her.
Teri is simply the best mortgage banker me and wife could have asked for and, in fact, she was a true god-send. Initially, were not sure if we could be approved for a mortgage because some extenuating circumstance. But Teri encouraged urged and asked us of the steps we needed to take. She was always in contact with us either through phone calls, text, or email. And perhaps the most wonderful thing about Teri is, she was truly rooting for us and was so happy when we closed on our home.
