My experience with Terri as my Loan Officer was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process! Even more, she was attentive to my every need, she helped me understand & patiently explained everything to me! Therefore, she helped me to alleviate the monumental stress that I was feeling! I am going to refer all my family members & friends to her for their home ownership needs because I feel like Terri will treat them just as awesome as she has treated me!
