One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in years! The moment we walked in the lobby it smelled so clean. The front desk clerk was so cheerful and helpful. Wish I would’ve remembered her name. The room was extremely spacious with comfortable beds and a great shower. Had a great meal in one of the restaurants!

After a long day of driving, we arrived at the hotel around 9 PM... and our room was not ready. Quite frankly, that is inexcusable. We were told that they could get housekeeping to get the room ready for us, but with no timeframe on how long it would take. A few minutes later, they offered us a similar room (2 queen beds instead of a king) - which was fine, especially because at that point, we were exhausted from traveling and just wanted a place to lay down. The only complaint I had was the bed. The bed was horrible. Very soft, lumpy and leaned to one side. I don't know if I even slept one hr.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The young lady at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and spotless. Very nice place to stay on my journey home. Will return.

Clean room. Couldn't use the heat in the room. I guess it is turned off for the summer. Great stay.
