It's been a long time since we received such excellent customer service. Everyone was so willing to accommodate our needs and make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. The queen room was beautiful and comfortable. You can bet that we will be returning soon for another fun get away.

Everything was good till I got there. Because I booked my room through Hotels dot com, I wasn't able to get any of the perks/benefits of free slots etc because I booked through a 3rd party. Now I know, and I won't book through this site in the future if I reserve a room at a casino. Because I arrived in the early evening there were fewer choices of places to eat.
