Terri was absolutely wonderful! She is extremely nice and knowledgeable. She answered every question no matter how complicated or simple. She also communicated every step of the approval process and what to expect. She was somehow able to close on my house in barely 4 weeks time. She was quick to respond to emails and calls and made the process extremely easy and smooth, especially being a first time home buyer. Highly recommend!

Terri worked hard for us. The primary issue we had I do not think was Terri's fault. Our closing was delayed two business days before it was scheduled to happen. While we understand a delay could happen given the volume of home sales happening at this time, Terri was unable to tell us how long we would be delayed which indicates that the financing work was far from complete and that the delay could have been communicated to Terri and to us much sooner.
Our officer was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Terri is professional yet has a nurturing nature. It was wonderful to have her guide us through every step of the process.
