Terri goes beyond the expected service level for any loan officer I have worked with in the past. She makes sure everyone is up to date with the latest loan status and provides a realistic expectation of the closing timelines. Terri worked hard for us. The primary issue we had I do not think was Terri's fault. Our closing was delayed two business days before it was scheduled to happen. While we understand a delay could happen given the volume of home sales happening at this time, Terri was unable to tell us how long we would be delayed which indicates that the financing work was far from complete and that the delay could have been communicated to Terri and to us much sooner.
Our officer was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Terri is professional yet has a nurturing nature. It was wonderful to have her guide us through every step of the process.
