I have always enjoyed my dining experiences at the Eldorado, and this evening out was no exception. The restaurant was extremely busy, and perhaps a bit understaffed for the volume, as we regularly found glasses not refilled, but do not blame the wait staff at all. The wait staff was courteous and really worked hard to do their best under the conditions presented to them. The food quality was very good.
The crab cake and fois gra are to die for. Scallops and prime rib aren't too bad either. Staff super friendly, attentive and caring. Loved it. Will be back.
La Strada is one of the few fine dining options downtown and well worth the experience! As they say and is true you have to have the mushroom ravioli either as an appetizer or main dish!!
Excellent service and the food was five star!!! Our service was impeccable! Would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

Love this restaurant and food. This time had just a couple complaints. A little too dark, and unable to read menu, but know what I like. Both my salad and main course plates had obvious chips in them, just not a good presentation. I know they can do better.

Booths are very uncomfortable --need to recover seats. Food and service are wonderful. Steaks done to perfection.
There was an issue with the short rib that I ordered. It was nearly all fat. The waiter, Clark, and the manager, Jeff, both noticed the problem and replaced the order with a center cut short rib that was delicious. They further recovered from the chef's error by not charging for that delicious meal, including my glass of wine. Despite the original issue, I will return to the Roxy, and in the future will order a center cut from the start.
