It is impossible to enjoy LaStrada at the table where we were seated . The room is so loud that speaking with table mates required shouting! Very chaotic room ! It was a busy holiday week end evening . We are local entertaining out of town guests. If I ever return I will most certainly make it known that we prefer a small room . The food could then be appreciated more!
Celebrating my Sister's Birthday! The service was great, I ordered the handmade fresh pasta Lasagna - the meat sauce was so salty i could not eat another bite, the waitress was so nice and recommend a dish that won't take too long to cook, Rigatoni - Roasted duck and pasta, the pasta was not fully cook, i ate few bites and done with it. Our server was absolutely amazing, the food was great and I believe that was the manager grey haired gentleman in blue suit, super friendly. I specifically want to take the moment to thank our server... the older gentleman, he was so nice and professional, really great. He went above and beyond and took care of us before we’d even ask. I want to thank him personally for making our dinner so wonderful. Will be coming back soon.
This was the most wonderful experience and level of service we have ever experienced at a restaurant. We had noted in our reservation that it was our parents 56th wedding anniversary. We showed up to the most elegant and VIP service with a candle lit private room with rose petals sprinkled on the table. The waiter and manager (Gary) welcomed us well beyond any first rate experience. The interior of the restaurant is very romantic. The wait staff is very helpful. The porcini mushroom ravioli were magnificent. The scampi was very generous both in terms of shrimp and pasta. The halibut was cooked to perfection. And for dessert, the spumoni cheesecake was amazing. I was not sure what to expect with this dessert but the flavors all worked nicely together. We were absolutely thrilled with our chef's tasting menu selection. Plenty of wine choices on the menu with average prices. Everyone in our party agreed that we were surprised to have such an affordable, quality meal in a Reno casino, but we will be back again and again.
My friends and I had an amazing dinner! It was a great way to end my friends bachelor weekend. The food was amazing and the staff was/is great, attentive, respectful, very knowledgeable.
One of our favorite restaurants in Reno. The service is impeccable, great ambiance and the food is amazing! We choose the chefs surprise and we had no hesitation ordering it, even though you don’t know when ordering what your 4 course meal is going to be. I knew it would be delicious and it was! Looking forward to our next Reno getaway.
