Poor service. I called to get assistance on a commercial unit that was installed 16 months ago and is no longer working. $100 service call and the $100 per hour just to diagnosis the issue. This is for a non-profit organization!
Had a nice guy come out and say what need to be fixed. Said he would call us on Monday because it was Friday. Never heard from this company again. The AC went down, called twice yesterday and they said he will call us back. Never did. Being over 100° in the house and me having a Medical Problem I thought we could count on them to at least call us back. Nothing.
