RecommendedThis guy was reasonably priced but the price are now outrageous.. $600 for coming out and diagnosing the problem in my mini-split; he charged $110/hr for his labor and to advise i replace my machines and i still have the same problems. It literally costed me $400 to replace the whole unit by shopping around on my own. So for him to diagnose the issue will cost more than simply buying a new mini-split. Also if you buy the mini-splits from them you are looking at like $4000 instead of $400.
Bought a brand new Pulte Home, in Aubrey TX. Yes Texas is hot AF and this is the company Pulte uses for A/C. Closed on our house a week ago, day 1, AC is not blowing cool air…this is TX so our house gets up to 86F…it was hot AF. Tech came out and refilled freon, we asked tech to check everything and he was so confident nothing in the attic is wrong or leaking, freon fixed it for a couple days and 2-3 days later…SAME ISSUE. voided my brothers warranty because i temporarily fixed his system on friday night because they were lazy and pushed it off till monday, dezpite temps being 103-105 all weekend. if they did their job, i wouldn't have shown up to do it for them. and yes, i pulled a vacuum before releasing the charge. i also set the superheat accordingly.... stop making excuses to void labor warranties.
Technician has been out to my home over 3 times and still the air is not balanced in my home
You installed the incorrect system in my home and refused to resolve this issue. Your company is extremely unprofessional and rude. These people installed a 2 tone system on my 1500 ft² home. This system is undersized and runs constantly and my electric bill has doubled.. Now the company refuses and he refuses to admit to their mistake they're mistake and resolve the issue.. Stay away from this company or they will rip you off.
The technician from this company just tried to scam me. We have only had our unit for 4 months and the capacitor went out. Same thing happened to my neighbor a couple of weeks ago. For my neighbor, they replaced it no charge, no hassle with a part from their truck assumably because it was under warranty. But for me... they said they could order the part under warranty but it would take a couple of weeks, and I would have no a/c in the meantime. This company is extremely unreasonable in charging their service call fees. They double-dip. NEVER CALL THEM FOR YOUR HVAC OR PLUMBING JOB.
