They Don’t ever answer messages but can read them...I won’t ever use this company and plus they just copy every other companies designs...and are stuck in the 1980s on suspensions and options
These trailers are so cheaply built, they make Big Tex look good - which is saying a lot as they are both terrible - never again! I guess you get what you pay for and I wish I could get my money back! Broken welds, cheap wood, questionable looking construction and paint. These are pretty much disposable trailers. Well, first off, my trailer wasn’t done when it was supposed to be. Ended up waiting for 6 hours with my wife and kids to pick it up. However, they did try to make it right. But then one of my spring mounting bolts broke and I had to get it fixed. I was told I would be reimbursed and have yet to receive any form of reimbursement. I will never buy anything from this company again.
Be aware bought three 24yrd containers plus trailor 7 years ago to grow r company. Bought another 24yard container two weeks ago and guess what not the same size of r other three containers, got ripoed off the new container is bigger, not only have we been tellin our customers a lie, now they dont want to make it right, gives us the run around sayig they r the same size. How can somethig be the same size when the new one is clearly bigger then the old ones. There way trying to make it right is to take the new one and make it... read more
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! My husband and I purchased our trailer 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems... We took it in to get fixed, and something else broke. The worst part about our experience is how we were treated by the people who sold us the trailer! We will never purchase anything from Texas Pride again
I CALLED LAST WEEK.... THE SALES GUY WAS BUSY.. HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME BACK... BUT HE NEVER DID.. HE DID WROTE MY PHONE NUMBER DOWN. *BAD BUSSINESS*
I drove 1,700 mi one way from MT and got the exact kinda trailer I wanted for $3,000 cheeper and they made the trailer to my needs and prospective and I have done buying but pull and haul equipment on this trailer and out of all the others Titan PJ and all the other trailers I've pulled and hauled stuff on this trailer is definitely #1 on my list and I will be coming back for my and I will be a return customer for the rest of my life it's by fare the best trailer I've ever owned ...when u got there it was ready and set to ha... read more
