My buying experience was amazing and so easy Brandon Cook was very professional and had a trailer built just to my specks with no problems,when it was delivered i inspected it and it was just as i expected , i HIGHLY recommend Texas Pride Trailers.
Seems to be a bit of a wait for a build after calling around to other places, these guys have a lot of inventory and can get what you need pretty fast.
They built the wrong trailer. I drove 17 hrs each way to pick up. Before leaving to pick up I did ask for them to email me pics they did not. Long story short they will take no accountability for building the wrong trailer and making me drive three days for nothing. They will not cover any of the shipping or compensate me in in way for the trouble caused by the sales men not doing his paperwork correctly. I was a repeat customer until today.
Bought a flatbed trailer here last year. They’re easy to deal with, but their trailers are absolute trash. They use the cheapest parts and the weakest metal for everything. I would absolutely not recommend these trailers. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 1500 for a decent trailer!
