I meant to post this a few weeks ago. I have to say I absolutely love Bry'on who is the Leasing Consultant at Adley. I was having the hardest time trying to apply with their system that they use for an apartment here. Out of frustration, I was there at the office, right after they opened. After trying my best to explain what was happening, she jumped right in to help. She immediately went into solution mode and we worked through it together in her office. That was priceless! Bry'on is amazing. Bry'on enjoys what she does and it shows with a warm greeting of "hello". Bry'on puts heart into the care of the residents from accepting postal mail and package deliveries to explaining the responsibilities of residents to resolving maintenence concerns. The most remarkable moment was when there a fire in the building that didn't trigger the building's fire alarm. Bry'on knocked on each residents door to vacate the building.
I am living in this beautiful apartment since last June. The staff here is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The maintenance requests are taken care properly and the maintenance guys too are awesome. The office staff was very helpful in answering all the queries and guiding us accordingly. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for peace of mind. This falls under a great school district and all the grocery stores are within a mile range.

Two words come to mind when I rent an apartment - customer satisfaction. The leasing office is outstanding, going above and beyond to assist with any questions I had while applying for my apartment. Coming from a house I was not sure what to expect, but they made this process as smooth as can be. I appreciate the personable and professional atmosphere that the office provides. Terrible place to live. They have rats. Destroyed a lot of furniture you can see the rats running around outside the apts they destroyed our belongings in the garage. Item came up missing out of our apt maintenance comes and goes as they please it funny how they left a note at 7:00 a little late for a maintenance call. Would not recommend at all.
I could have written Ally B's review myself. I had an awful experience "living" here as well. The neighbors above me were so inconsiderate and beyond extremely noisy. It sounded like they were bowling but I figured out the kids were riding their scooters in the apartment and then dropping them on the floor. There was excessive running and jumping and stomping. We lived in building 1 on the second floor. Building 1 is the first building on your right, as you pull into the complex. There are cameras outside the front office that face the first set of stairs of building 1 & the parking lot. Please keep that in mind. We lived here for 3 years. On May 31st Memorial Day 2022, someone kicked down our door & held us at gun point. Myself, my husband & our 10 year old son. Police were contacted & we provided everything we could to them. Stay away from this apartment complex!! Just moved out thank goodness! There is an ant infestation that they cannot control, I had to purchase services from Terminix to get the issue resolved, since the apartment complex failed to do so and didn't seem to care. They claim this is a non-smoking environment; however someone was smoking on their balcony and threw a cigarette off onto my vehicle and caused severe damage, and again the leasing office could care less.
