We have 5 dogs (and 1 cat) and recently moved to the area. One thing I have noticed with most vet practices is that the vets can be the nicest, best vets ever, but for some reason their front desk people are rude and don't seem to care if they keep your business. At Animal Hospital of Waynesville, that's not the case. Not only are the vets friendly and willing to really listen to the owners, the ladies up front are super nice and welcoming. Take all of my cats there . Most often my diabetic cat . They all have received great care . The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The vet spends a lot of time with our pets and I feel they truly care about them . I recommend this hospital for anyone.

Our first visit and Jack was given lots of love and treats. Staff very attentive and took a lot of time with us. Jack seemed very happy and took his exam in stride. The peanut butter Kong and liver treats helped but the kind treatment won him over more!

I just can't say enough great things about the staff here... so caring to all my fur kids, and very thorough and knowledgeable during exams and are terrific at explaining things in a way that's easy to understand. I would highly recommend these folks ♡

Our little dog was attacked by our big dog on January 2. Thankfully they were open. We feel sure they saved our little boy's life. Though we were not customers they met us with open arms and immediately started life saving treatment for him. The doctors and staff were very compassionate and caring for him and for us. Because of excessive blood loss, Dr. Bull even brought her dog for a blood transfusion. Today he is alive and healthy! We are thankful to the entire staff!
