Caring staff and wonderful with our animals. Very understandable at times when we have been financially challenged.
The staff and doctors at AHW are wonderful. My pets have been seen here for years! They treat us like family and never hesitate to make my fur babies feel loved. I highly recommend this veterinarian's office!!

Thank you guys for being so kind to Winston and Lucy! We recently switched vets to you guys to find a good fit to help treat Lucy and her Addison’s Disease, and we really appreciate the extra time that all the staff took to make sure she was comfortable and happy, and Winston too
Letting go was the most difficult part, but as her wonderful vet said this afternoon, her heart was truly still willing, but her body was not. She enjoyed a final day with me and Jenn, going for a ride in her truck to the cross at Lake J and up on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Her spirit will meet me from now on in these mountains that we call home. June passed peacefully in my arms in the back of her truck.
