Overpriced, short office visits, terrible bedside manners - Used in 2015 for a foster and 2022 for my own dog Terrible experience both times

Things have gone downhill ever since it went Corporate. If you have situations when you need immediate attention you can never get your animals in that you have been taking there for years and you are told if they need to be seen you should look elsewhere. Just so sad it went downhill ever since Winton left.

had an appointment for my dog today at 10:50 dropped him off. stopped back at 3:00 because I haven't received a call he was done and they tell me they were just getting ready to groom him, what!!!!! he was there 4 hours and received a bath but no grooming...no thanks I will take him home now.. charged me $25 for the bath.... guess you need to figure out how to do better appt. no thanks.....
Elizabeth was up shaking her head at digging at her ear last night, this morning I call her Vet, THE ANIMAL HOSPITAL ON THE GOLDEN STRIP in Williamsport to have her seen. I was told by a very RUDE receptionist that they didn’t have any appointments for 3 weeks and I should call another VET, REALLY😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬mind you this is the same Vet I had her to last time who said there was nothing wrong with her ear, WE ENDED UP AT THE EMERGENCY VET a week later who diagnosed her with a bad ear infection, oh and a 500 dollar bill. Hi Julie. We are sorry we were booked with appointments and unable to get Elizabeth in to our hospital that day. Our hospital has had unprecedented volume of appointments and our appointment schedule is slightly delayed. We did look into our records and according to those we have not seen Elizabeth since 2019 and there is no paperwork from the emergency center regarding a visit. had my dog put to sleep. not only did I not get her ashes they NEVER ASKED ME IF I WANTED THEM!!! SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I DIDNT GET THEM. YOU DONT ASK SOMEONE WHEN THERE DISTRAUGHT THESE KINDS OF THINGS OR IT NEEDS TO BE EXPLAINED!!!! THEY CAN EAT THAT BILL CAUSE I WONT BE PAYING IT NOR WILL I BRING ANOTHER ANIMAL THERE
