I COULD WRITE A BOOK.BUT IN SHORT MS.BLANKA GOT PROMOTED TO CORPORATE SO SHE KNOWS THE PROCEDURE AND FIXED WAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED SO I COULD GET MY PIECE OF MIND BACK& NOW I CAN ENJOY BEING A RETIRED POSTAL WORKER &MY APARTMENT. MY FAMILY IS GREATFUL AS WELL .
