The two ladies I seen on today was very helpful and nice made me feel really good and safe about me and my kids starting a life at there complex.

Usually I am a very private person but I thought to share on all platforms! This was supposed to be a new beginning not just for me but for my kids! I thought to move back to Greensboro NC. As I was looking for places in my price range I came across The Arbors Townhomes. Process was standard, communication was cool. The first time I viewed a townhome I went with my son, everything still so far so good. My move in date was 5/15/26 I went and viewed my place for a brief second Thursday everything still okay. terrible community, really poor communication in the office and its dirty. there is a shooting every month and the office says it isnt their problem. overpriced for what you get too
