AMAZING location and BEAUTIFUL LUXURY property Absolutely stunning! The attention to detail from finishes to lo location is unbeatable. The walkability alone is worth the money. The square footage of the units are untouchable inside the city. The staff (Jerrin and Joseph) are very knowledgeable on the neighborhood and property. The amenities are very inviting and functional. I am very excited to move in next month and looking forward to making this my new home.
Great location, poor construction, and frustrating move-out process The Argos has an unbeatable location and one of the best apartment gyms in Atlanta. The leasing team is friendly for day-to-day matters. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The building has poor soundproofing — I could hear nearly every step from above. My vehicle was booted multiple times in a designated EV space. While reimbursed for rides, compensation was minimal. The biggest issue came at move-out.
