Great location, poor construction, and frustrating move-out process The Argos has an unbeatable location and one of the best apartment gyms in Atlanta. The leasing team is friendly for day-to-day matters. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The building has poor soundproofing — I could hear nearly every step from above. My vehicle was booted multiple times in a designated EV space. While reimbursed for rides, compensation was minimal. The biggest issue came at move-out.
