The Aspen The Aspen has easily the biggest 1-bedroom apartments I've seen in the area. At 800 square feet, it easily could be a 2-bedroom. The balconies stretch the entire width of the living room and have great sunset views. The pool and gym are nice, but my favorite part of the building is the media room. The reclining seats and flat screen tv make for a very relaxing evening. Not a Good Experience After four years in this apartment, I can confidently say that this was not a positive experience. First, let me give special credit to the maintenance team who does their best in a very difficult situation. Unfortunately, the persistent issues this building has will take away your peace of mind. Rats and insects will be a routine problem in this apartment. I knew pest control on a first-name basis after so many visits. A temporary living situation at best • Air Conditioning: AC only runs 6 months a year and we are constantly experiencing outages • Dogs: A lot of terrible dog owners with untrained dogs with aggressive and reactive behavior • Elevators: The building ran on more than one occasion on one single elevator for 15+ floors/250+ apartments creating waiting periods and lines • Neighbors: Neighbors that smoke cigarettes/weed in the apartment complex and some who will leave their gas stoves on, creating fumes that will stagger and ente... read more
Building wide cockroach infestation I lived in the building between August 2017 and October 2022. I fled the building due to a cockroach infestation that impacted at least 5 floors that flourished due to management's negligence. On September 7th, I reported roaches in my unit. Only by September 13th did the building first send a pest control specialist. When I later met with the assistant property manager, she told me that maintenance should have left traps and done some preliminary work before the 13th (I purchased traps my... read more
Ask them about the shower water temperature before you rent here. New management is not customer friendly..... I was happy here until last November when they took over.

Horrible staff; total nightmare; old fixtures This place is an absolute nightmare. During the process of viewing the apartments/applying we were told several things that were flat out lies (such as how many parking spaces we'd get and what the lease termination rules are). After applying we were told we'd sign our lease on move-in day. We showed up with all our stuff and stopped in the leasing office to sign before moving in.
