Overall it was a good first apartment. And issues would be cared for by the property manager and maintenance as quickly as possible. Just didn't plan on staying for more then one lease contract anyway

Absolutely breathtaking walks over the cute bridges and pond on property. Follow the water stream to a bigger pond where you can find fish and turtles!

I was reading the reviews just because I passed by them while looking for something else. I just moved into my place and it is exactly what it looked like in the pictures. I was nervous because I was moving in site on-seen from California, but found out I had nothing to worry about. The grounds are exactly what the pictures look like, and the apartment is exactly what it looks like, and everything is very accurate. On top of that I had a couple of minor problems and maintenance was here in 24 hours completely on top of thin... read more

I had a great experience touring there. The day I went they were very busy but the two ladies in the office acknowledged me and let me know they would be with me as soon as they could. They offered me a brochure, said I could hang out on the couch and have some coffee if I wanted. I only waited about 15 minutes because one lady was taking another group to the model home they have and the other lady was helping a few people that lived there so I waited my turn. The manager was the one that helped me and took me on a tour. She... read more

Keep in mind, I'm a veteran who has lived in a barracks for 4 years. Numerous mice, spider, and beetles found within my apartment. I clean all the time. I have no pets. No roommates. I am only staying a year because the quality of the apartment isn't worth the rent they are charging. If you don't mind having roommates living rent free. While the landlord jabs their metaphorical... well not happy. Will be talking shit about this place til I leave Oklahoma. In my genuine honesty; these apartments aren't worth more then 750 bas... read more

Cross posted on Google: Edit 10/24: still dealing with them, finally connected me to their legal team. edit 07/16: they sent me to collections without a conversation. Corporate tried to get me to pay, and responded to my legal notice saying a lawyer would reach out. They did not. Hope this never happens to future tenants, I would be very careful to sign anything here. edit 06/04: my lawyer reached out via physical mail and e-mail with a deadline and they completely ignored, and sent me a final bill for collections. The let... read more

I lived there for a couple of years and incurred a black mold issue. It took several attempts to get them to take the matter seriously and come and properly fix it. I'm pretty sure that there was a leak or a flood from another apt which caused these issues prior bc the floor had water damage and was quite uneven from the very beginning. I was told it was an older building and they weren't just going to replace it. (Be cautious with the apts in Building 7). On the bright side a couple of the office ladies were the sweetest wi... read more

I really wish I could give this horrible apartment complex zero stars. I'm actually a current resident and have been living here for over a year. The first few months everything was great, not too many issues. The office people *were* very kind and helpful. Over the last few months I have had countless things go wrong in my apartment. My lady and newborn son also live here with me mind you. There was a small leak coming from upstairs that we requested to be fixed so emergency maintenance came to "fix" it only to have to come... read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. UPDATE 6/29/24: We've had a total of 4 leaks in our apartment over the past 10 months and the AC stopped cooling this morning. When the emergency maintenance was called, Jay showed up two hours later and was extremely unprofessional making unnecessary comments about my dog who was locked up in his crate. He is uneducated on most maintenance issues and will likely have to call a manager or someone else to come look at the problem. What is the point of having emergency maintenance on call when they ... read more
