Great staff! The new management has been very busy fixing up the community. They have made some great improvements to the property and are very helpful. I definitely recommend the avenue!
Wonderful place I love this place, and all the upgrades that are happening. I'm about to have a private patio, yay! The maintenance guys are super nice, and my dog and I love going into the office to get him a treat.

Open House Review The remodeled apartments were fantastic to view!! If your want to be in a nice, quiet atmosphere, then this is the place to be. Would recommend if your a family or friends!
Love This Place! I have been staying at Maple Manor for about 6 months. They have made a lot of improvements to the property. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. They respond the same day when you contact them. It is one of the less expensive communities in the area as well if you want to save some money.
Management Don't let the fake, paid reviews attract you. Please look at the likes next to the comments or post on other reviews. Jesus has asked my wife and I numerous times to leave a Google review on him in exchange for 75-150$ off rent. Or a chance to win a 55in tv. So where do I start? Jesus is a lazy manager and does nothing to upkeep or improve the property. They have 1 maintenance man who does his best with everything going on. Jesus does very little to help.
