RecommendedIsabella aka pug Bella, loves going here every Thursday. She starts the excitement the night before when I remind her we get to go to daycare in the morning. We go swimming some days in the pool, and other times we get her nails did. Love all the workers here; reliable, kind, always happy (how could you not be when you get to work with pups :) ), and are one on one interactive with the pups. RecommendedI have used all the amenities , ok not the pool yet, and the service and attention given to my girl is outstanding! My Precious gets me up and rushes me in the am to get there first thing. People think I am crazy for driving the 1 hour round trip, but to see her excitement makes it worth it! Thank you to all the staff! Your the best
We had our dogs boarded for a weekend stay and paid extra for them to have baths at the end. When I picked them up they smelled of urine so bad that we had to give them baths at home. We also asked for the gold package because we wanted daily photos of the pups just to have that relief that they’re doing ok. We were told they don’t do any text updates unless something is wrong. I will never take my pet here ever again! My cat needed to be boarded while I was having life saving medical treatment and they almost killed my cat! My cat was incredibly sick from her boarding stay with them. She still is incredibly sick even now and it's a week and a half later. I completed the survey they email you asking for feedback after my pet's boarding. At the end of it they request you to email them if you had any issues before you post any reviews. We did call and leave a few messages to discuss with you but we have not heard anything back. We will give you a call again tomorrow. Willow was a wonderful guest to have at The Barking Dog and we hope she is feeling better and hope we can speak with you about the concerns you may have tomorrow.
I was extremely displeased with the service, as well as the lack of communication. Also on top of all of this my pup now has Kennel cough. Totally 100% unacceptable and unprofessional.
