The assessment was explained fully as were the options. Our materials came in ahead of time. The installers did a wonderful job. They completed the job in a day and a half. It probably would have only been one day, except they had to reroute some plumbing. As this is a handicap shower, the side of the base pan is flat. We have an issue with water running off the seat on to this edge and the floor. Upon notifying BA. They recommend a solution and ordered it.
