The elevators are... (Verified Renter) The elevators are horrible and when our apartment was broken into nothing was fixed or changed based on how the robbers got into the building

Love the Battery! Great amenities, great location, and incredible customer service! James is an absolute rockstar. So helpful and always available. Would recommend to anyone wanting to living in the Denver area near the ballpark!

I absolutely love living here! Best management I have received from a rental community in Colorado. I am on a first name basis with the staff and they will make sure your needs are met (and go above and beyond). It is always a delight to see them around! Best customer service. The rooms are big & well cleaned before move in. The amenities are great as well (and obviously the location). P.S. James is awesome!

Have lived here for a few months and love it! It’s a great location and has beautiful apartments for a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful :)

Loved the location and amenities at Battery. You're right in the middle of everything and the building is well kept with a great leasing staff. James in the leasing office was great to us and I recommend Battery to anybody who wants a downtown lifestyle.
