Recently moved in from across the country and have been extremely happy with Battery so far. Beautiful building, well kept, and love the parking garage set-up. Ryan, from management, has been phenomenal. He's gone above and beyond to be sure our move went as smooth as possible and went out of his way to help us get settled. He made the process so easy and made us feel at home. Thanks Ryan! You're amazing!

The battery on Blake street is a beautiful facility. I absolutely love living here. Ryan Skelton helped a great deal with my move in and helped me get my paperwork completed when I lived in Ohio. He also answers any questions that I have as soon as possible. Overall my experience has been phenomenal and I highly recommend anyone to move in.

I've lived in the greater Denver area for over 6 years and moved between apartments and managements every one of them. This is the first time I've ever signed a second year lease and I'd like to thank Ryan at the front desk for that. Thanks for always being such a friendly face and making me feel at home.
I'm an entrepreneur and work from home. The co-working space on the 1st floor (free if you're a resident) is absolutely amazing. I have client meetings in the conference room on a weekly basis, the wifi never craps out on me, and the overall ambiance is unbeatable. If you also work remote and live in Denver, the Battery is perfect

There have been many ups and downs living at this property since August 2015. However, things have been drastically improving since new management took over and their efforts do not go unnoticed. Previous management was appalling, so much so that residents were retaliating by destroying the property and stealing.....my husband and I had our $2,000 bikes stolen from the locked storage unit and management couldn't return emails nor phone calls. A reflection of how residents were not valued.
We continue to have fantastic experiences with the office staff, especially Ryan! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ryan and how he is one of the main reasons why things have improved so quickly! We are very grateful they all take pride in The Battery and strive to exceed expectations of their residents. It wasn't too long ago The Battery (formerly known as Broadstone on Blake Street) was considered a 24/7 frat house. Today, The Battery feels like home thanks to management and the current residents who reside here.

I moved here from out of state and the staff here are so amazing and helpful!! No matter what silly question I ask they are there to help me and the location couldn't be beat! Right in the heart of Downtown Denver and yet I can sleep quietly through the night. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move!!

I have experienced nothing but first class treatment from the management staff here at Broadstone Blake Street. I have spoken and dealt with the trifecta of Amato, Candis, and Bay...all are beyond helpful, gracious, and take extreme pride in their jobs and this beautiful modern new building. They all know the ever-developing, competitive, and expanding Downtown Denver market extremely well and can tell you all you need to know about the building, the units, and the surrounding area. All you have to do is ask!
I want to add that I've had absolutely no problems with any miscommunication or deceiving tactics such as "bait-and-switch" tactics whatsoever. The staff was very upfront, honest, and knowledgeable in any questions I had during my tour and you could tell they knew the market and where they stand in that market. I also looked at pricing for units on their website during my search for a new apartment and as always, it's beneficial to look at the fine print and it states very plainly on the bottom of the page, "* Pricing and availability are subject to change." The Downtown Denver housing market is insanely competitive right now and prices are changing about everyday. I've learned that just about every building is offering some sort of deal to attract new potential customers, of course those deals might not apply to every unit available, especially a high-end corner unit on the top floor.
Ultimately, I definitely recommend Broadstone on Blake Street as one of the new premier apartment buildings in Downtown Denver. They have a top shelf staff that is more than willing to accommodate most any reasonable request and really want to make your experience living there first class.
