The staff was very caring from the initial tour until our move out date. Activities are plentiful and meet a variety of interests. The apartments are beautiful! Unfortunately there were issue with the apartment on move in and resolution took days. By then my mom was very discouraged and we moved her out.
My sister has had a difficult time adjusting to her move to Brennity, and the staff has been absolutely wonderful throughout the transition. They have been caring, patient, and supportive, and their kindness has made a real difference during this challenging time. Since my sister hasn't yet been eating in the dining room or participating in many activities, I can't speak to those aspects of the community. I could recommend Brennity independent Senior loving. It has many amenities and it has onsite assisted living and memory care. They also offer cottages on the site.
The facility is nice. Just a bit disappointed that no one was there to show us around on move in day. Apartment sizes and amenities offered to residents are great.
Brennity staff is friendly and helpful and residents (most) are very welcoming as well. It's a good place to be. They were helpful fixing the toilet in a timely way. When the refrigerator failed they quickly replaced it and all appliances in her kitchen and allowed the new resident her color choice (stainless steel).
Recently toured the Brennity and was impressed with its overall quality and friendliness. The staff was professional and confident and made everyone feel like they were a valued family member. I would recommend a tour of this community and definitely highly rate them as a great place for mom!
The staff is very helpful. They have a good menu and food options. They also have nice apartments.
The staff is outstanding- especially the person in charge of the memory care residents. They keep the residents active and are very loving. The rooms and public areas are clean and smell clean.
I was surprised that we did not get a follow up call. The furniture and carpeting in most places were “tired”. The overall impression was that it needed a re-do.
