Went for their own Restaurant Week and was very pleasantly surprised. We ordered two haddock dishes, both were outstanding. Haddock was very fresh, both served in generous portions and were expertly prepared. Even the vegetables were excellent, especially the squash which you can't get at restaurants too often. Started with garden salads that were very fresh with great dressings. Mini cannoli for dessert was just enough and quite good. The best part was the price, $26 for an excellent 3 course meal.
We always love the Chateau. Through Labor Day, they’re offering a value menu that includes an appetizer and dessert. It was delicious. We got chicken parm and shrimp scampi.
Another great meal at The Chateau in Burlington. Shrimp, Lobster, and scallop Diablo is excellent with lots of fresh seafood, and the stuffed mushrooms were very good, if just a little undercooked. I will say our server was very busy and could have used some support from management. She did a great job, but I felt bad for her having to hustle so hard when there was staff available to assist her. 4.5 stars, very pleasantly surprised. Service was great, from hostess to servers, friendly and efficient. Food was good, portion sizes just a bit smaller than I remember but that’s the world we live in now. The sangria was delicious. Loved sitting in bar area!

The meals are hearty, not fancy. Lots of pensioners and families.
Great dinner and service, but the loud yehaw BS country music was out of place and super annoying to have playing in an Italian restaurant. Please change the music playing in the dining room to something that people actually might want to hear in Burlington.
