Great experience! Handled our party of 10 quickly and efficiently. Food was outstanding. Came out hot and at the same time!
We had the best time! The Chateau just opened a few months ago. We were greatly with a smile by the hostess Ava and she adjusted our reservation as I requested a different table without a blink. We had the most wonderful waiter, Miguel, who had wonderful suggestions, and made our night simply wonderful! The manager Shondra came over to check on us and she too was just lovely. Our server was outstanding and we could not ask for better service. However, our food was delivered cold and had to be sent back. My swordfish was extremely chewy so it was either overcooked or frozen. This was a special so I was surprised at the quality of the food. Another friend had fried seafood which she didn’t care for either. The dessert, key lime pie, was not good. So overall our service was a 5, the interior ambience was a 5, but the food at most was a 2.
