Location has only been open approx. 2 weeks and it was Mother’s Day so very busy. Server James was great. Food was good. Antipasto was good, had to ask for more dressing though. Fried calamari was good.

Terrible service. Our waitress didn’t bring us our drinks. Didn’t check in on us. And disappeared when we were waiting to pay a bill. I laid our saw her in the hotel lounge on her phone when I got up to go to the bathroom. We checked in with one of the other servers and asked him if he could check us out and he said no. So we sat and waited. We love the château we had never been to this one before. The food was great as usual. But the service really made it a poor experience.

Rushed service and some of the food came out like warm. Really disappointing and not likely to return to this location.

Food was not very good tasted like leftover’s ravioli was tuff and chicken parm was tuff to cut. Way too loud on music with the bar tender being so loud

The food was okay and the service was mediocre. Server would come by ask what we would like then leave for 15-20mins.
