My husband and I really enjoyed living at the Chelsea! The only reason we moved out is that we purchased a home - otherwise we absolutely would have renewed our lease. We are grateful to all of the staff for making our time there so lovely and would recommend it to anyone moving to the Columbus area.
We was moving from a house we owned to an apartment and Christine Priest was so helpful and delightful to work with. She was pleasant and professional but also told you all the information up front. The facility is beautiful and has a lot of extra that no one else offers. If you look for somewhere to move I would recommend The Chelsea and to work with Christine.
I have no real complaints. During my 13 months here the staff was always friendly and helpful, even after I had moved out. The community is clean and well kept for the most part. The clubhouse is nice and offers an area to relax and enjoy some time with your friends, family or neighbors while eating some popcorn and drinking a beer that is free for residents over 21. If you are looking for an apartment in the area, definitely give this one a look.
I lived at the Chelsea for 3 years and absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and has a great environment. Worth every $
Very beautiful and confortable apartment all management workers profesional have beatuful lease office .just have problem dishwasher not good .3time we call management but dont change this machine .no have any problem.i can suggest everyone
I have visited many apartment complexes, but after visiting The Chelsea, I knew there weren't any that could compare. The Chelsea complex is by far my favorite, the amenities, cleanliness, beautiful kitchens in every complex, friendly management and the prime location had me sold. I am going to write a very candid and honest review of this place. Keep in mind that I have lived here for 2 months and feel that this has been adequate time to give fair judgement of the facilities, staff, amenities, and apartment itself. Chelsea Square has been a great experience to date! The apartment manager Bryan and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The amenities are outstanding (clubhouse, gym, game console, cookies, popcorn, beverages, weekly/bi-weekly community events, pool, fire pit, dog park, trash cans for pets with waste bags). We couldn't be happier with our choice to live at Chelsea Square.
Communication horrible the way payment is setup is so confusing for moving out and I'm military so trying to communicate with management team is tough and I'm always being spoken over so I can't get what I'm trying to say out save the hassle of dealing with these people
