Jack was very helpful in finding an apartment for me and my roommates. He knows the Chicago area very well and was always quick to respond with any questions and concerns we had. He helped us secure a spot in a great spot in Lincoln Park for below market value. I plan on going back to him when it's time for me to find a new place to live.
Courtney helped and oversaw the entire list-to-sale process of our 20+ year home. She was with us, from start to finish. We felt confident our house would be sold in a timely fashion and for the projected price! WE SOLD timely and for a good price. We are so grateful for her time, work, service and passion for her clients and her work!
If you are looking to buy or sell in Clarendon Hills, look no further than Courtney, she is kind, passionate, knowledgeable, professional, I don't have enough words to describe how amazing she is and how easy she made the sales of our home, after the home didn't sell with another agent. She takes the worry out, takes care of you completely. We we're out of town sellers and thanks to her service, I didn't feel the distance. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Lidija and family
Courtney always goes above and beyond for her customers. On several occassions she found service teams to take care of issues, which made it easier and saved me time and money. when I needed carpet, she had 'a guy'. when i needed Electric work, she 'had a guy'. She knows the market, and the other realtors in the area. I put a lot of trust in Courtney.
What a pro!! From initial market analysis through staging and closing, Courtney provided expertise and an unending list of resources. She is well respected among other realtors which really helps bring potential buyers through the door. We were extremely happy working with her!!
What a great experience from start to finish. In a difficult market Courtney made it all feel a lot easier than it was. Her staging, marketing and ability to keep the process going at full force was amazing! We got our house sold at a great price, and can now look forward to our next home. We would highly recommend Courtney to anyone out there looking to sell or buy a new home.
Courtney is a dedicated professional whose knowledge of the real estate market is invaluable. We worked with Courtney on the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. Her guidance and realistic approach helped us during the sale and purchase, and her sense of humor kept us upbeat. I highly recommend Courtney for buyers and sellers.
Courtney guided us through the entire process of selling our home of 28 years. She provided encouragement, advice, expertise and good humor whenever needed. She went above and beyond what we expected a Realtor to do for us. She looked out for our best interests in both our sale and our purchase and we highly recommend her for either side of a real estate transaction!
Courtney Stach has vast knowledge and invaluable experience in the real estate market and understands what it takes to sell a house. We were very happy with our real estate transaction and we would highly recommend Courtney as a seller's or buyer's agent.
