We couldn't have found such a perfect home if it weren't for Courtney. Being first time home buyers, we were very overwhelmed at the beginning of our search. I was selling my parents home for siblings and myself after the death of our mother. I met with several local agents and chose Courtney because of her honesty and openness in laying out a marketing and sales plan. She followed through on every item we discussed and exceeded my expectations. She had an open house nearly every weekend and had local newspaper and Internet ads running all the time. We had an offer and a deal in about six weeks. Courtney was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use her again.

Sam is outstanding guy, my wife and loved him. He found multiple locations and drove with us all over. He took us to lunch, and when we found a place we loved later he helped in all ways. We were in new mexico and he got it done thank you soo much sam
