Food is fantastic, atmosphere fantastic. great vibe. server was a little frantic and could have been a little friendlier, but overall great addition to Salem. We will continue to support this restaurant!

The city of Salem, and the greater Williamette Valley is extremely fortunate, no, blessed, to have The Cozy Taberna. This is a next level establishment, with amazing food and drinks, along with attentive and engaging service.
Food was great and the service amazing. Really like the bar/kitchen seating area, fun to watch the food come out and see the different menu items. Sangria was amazing!
The Cozy Taberna exceeded my expectations! Amazing staff- super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! Salem definitely needed a restaurant of this caliber! Can’t wait to go again!
The cedar plank salmon, incredible! Goat cheese dumplings so rich and delicious. Loved our window seat and the decor is relaxing. Drinks were generous and tasty.
Food was some of the best we’ve had since moving back to Salem from a much larger city. Highly recommend!

Just what Salem needs! We sat at the counter to watch the chefs. The wait staff was attentive and we were visited by the owner several times. The food was outstanding. The menu is not too big but it will still take several visits to get through all the yummy sounding dishes. We went small plates but the entrees looked fabulous as well. We’ll definitely be back for some more.
