Walking in the the alley to get to the restaurant was a bit off putting - sort of grungy and dirty, but once inside the ambience is really great. Industrial on the inside , great lighting and good noise level - lively without being obnoxious. The staff and service were fabulous. Incredible food, prompt service and a beautiful dining room. The restaurant is a wonderful addition to the Salem dining scene. I can’t wait to visit again!
We are so happy to have an upscale restaurant like this in Salem! We have been huge fans of the Tasty restaurants for years and The Cozy Taberna exceeded our high expectations. Finally a restaurant moved to town that appreciates that there's more to Salem than what meets the eye. Already planning our next visit!

Wow, I am still in awe of last night’s totally amazing meal at The Cozy Taberna. I never dreamed Salem could have such an amazing restaurant like this. All the staff were amazing and Maddie (our server) took extra time to answer questions. I strongly suggest to order several items and share with your table. This place is amazing! Great ambience and amazing food and I cannot say enough about the drinks!! Have been here twice in a week and going again for a party! So happy Salem has this new restaurant!
