Easy I say its easy because its close to a lot of things but not in a busy spot. The service was nice, leasing very cool with helping us imagining our stuff in the apartment. Free parking is a winner.

Could Be better I don't believe anything is perfect, always room for improvement. So hopefully Crest will see it that way. The apartment is really nice, it really is. But maybe provide residents with tips on how to maintain the stove and dishwasher. My stove is getting really dirty, I asked how to clean it and they gave me some tips but it would have been nice to have from the beginning. Courtesy trash pick up from apartment would be nice and longer pool hours are my only sticking points. Everything else is good.

good service. i've lived here for a long time and i know it has changed hands multiple times. But the people here now are professional. the maintenance has been here a long time and he is really good and quick. i was surprised when the manager called and asked me if i was happy with my last request. yes, i am happy with the service. I hope they keep this group here for a long time.

Clean and Quiet The pricing is a bit expensive but we don't regret it. Marlen promised us good service and we have received great service. The move in process was quick and no matter who we called in the office they were able to help. No issues with noise (why we moved in the first place, lol) and people actually take trash to the dumpster (another reason we moved).

Its okay not the best Property area is decreasing in quality. When I moved in it was delightful, now its filling up with loud rowdy individuals. Walls are so thin so you can hear your neighbor do everything.. I mean EVERYTHING. Leasing office is not so great with responding to messages or emails. Parking is not reserved first comes first serves. No fun community events planned by the leasing office. Pro is no bed bugs, roaches, mice or rats the rent is affordable and maintenance is excellent with responding to requests.

Come Live Here!! I am soo happy that I moved to The Point at Hampton Hollow. It feels like living in a vacation resort!!! The management in the leasing office is always very helpful, and kind. I even get my trash picked up at my front door. Wow I am soo thankful to be at this property. The maintenance is what truly makes this property great !!

looking for places! I am a resident of Hampton Hollow and have lived here for more than one years. I am very pleased with this living community. I really don't have anything negative to say about the surroundings, my neighbors, or the office staff. My experience has always been positive and the staff always professional and attentive

Bad mgmt and bad area Horrible management. Apartments are not good for the price. And my car got broken into twice.

Pass on this It certainly is not the worst place in the world to live but its definitely not what they are selling. I came in thinking I had some great deal on an apartment only to find that I am the one getting the bad end of the stick. They did the bare minimum of cleaning between the last tenant and I, I figured this out because there was still dirt and dust in all of the cupboards and the dryer WAS NOT EVEN HOOKED UP TO THE WALL.
