Do NOT live here Apartments are not energy efficient and the office management is not helpful either. Do not live here. The management team has will constantly posts notice on the doors, however they will NOT notify residents when their lease ends in 60 days. This is the first apartment I've ever lived at that did not want to give a "reminder" about their lease ending. Extremely upset with the service here at Silver trails / Hampton Hollow Apartments I have lived in this particular complex going on three years. Prior to it being silver Trails it was Hampton Hollows Apartments. I'm down in the area 13537 and just took a walk around the complex and realize how trashy the areas there has been nobody here to clean this area and God knows how long.
