First, the facility is clean. Clean!! The restroom is Clean!! And upon entering the customer service is so exceptional that you will feel like royalty👑. I have had ok times at the dentist office in the past because the dr. wouldn’t do it without the shots which was disappointing because I believed I had a choice. Oh well. Dr Garafolo and his staff are excellent. Choose this group and your teeth will be well taken care of with the latest technology and kind bedside manner. The Dr. shows pictures and xrays of what needs to be taken care of and explains what he is doing g. The view of Webb Lake helps make your visit more relaxing.

Today was my first day at this dentist office and I’m so happy to have finally found my place. The staff is amazing and so sweet. The office is like a mini oasis. Beyond happy and relieved! 💕
I don’t even know where to start! The best dental practice ever!!!!! Due to COVID I had been very hesitant to go to the dentist. The Dentistry Collective alleviated my fears by going above and beyond to not only keep themselves safe, but their guests as well. You receive a pre-appointment video to show you just how they are doing that! From the moment you walk in you are not a “patient” but their “guest”! You are given a tour and introduced to the staff. The Office is such a comfortable experience...right down to the warm blanket...I have always been treated with such love and respect. Regardless for what my visit may be....Dr G always find a minute to check in on me, asks me how I am doing and truly cares...I love seeing his fur Babies through the years and sharing my stories as well. I had a bit of a hickup with this office which included a chipped crown after a short time and some issues with billing. That said, I believe a company can show their true colors when dealing with a bad situation. Dr. Garofolo reached out to me the next day to help remedy the situation and had my crown replaced for no charge. He was very professional, responsive, and understanding to what I considered an urgent situation.
